When I booked this hotel it was really important for me the prices, the place, the benefits that the accommodation could give us. As soon as we arrived we got way too more than I mentioned. I was with my Mom and my little sister an we were extremely amazed by their service and there workers. Everybody was incredibly helpful and friendly. If I had any question or special needs they did everything that I could feel 100% pleased. The most incredible friendly gesture was that they give us a goodbye cake and it was heartwarming. I recommend this hotel undoubtedly for everyone. Plus point was that the metro station was really close to the Hotel.;) If next time I fly to Dubai it’s sure as hell we would like to stay there. Thank you for the waitresses who were soo smiley, thank you for the chefs who made incredible omelettes the managers the cleaners and for the whole crew that we had the opportunity to stay there.🤍 Appreciate for everything. Not my first time in Aloft. Ceetainly not the last one. My previous stays were all very pleasant, but this time even better than before. Super comfy, super clean, thanks the cleaning team and Nazir for taking care of our room cleaning. Same goes for all the hotel staff in the reception. They've been so very attentive and super fast in responding to our requests wherever I had to address for some improvements. Just don't hesitate to ask if you need anything in this place. The people operating the hotel are very professionals and ready to materialise your requests, making your stay as comfy as it gets. The attention the receptionist that checked me in on the 07/ 02/ 25 offered was fantastic . i was given an upgrade . Thé gentlmen that Checked me in deserves a recognition he smiled and felt delighted and pampered with his help and friendliness ! Amine the Tunisian gentlmen made excellent recomedations and had an exquisite guest attention he went out of the hotel to direct me and made me feel special ! Lastly I want to personally thank the lady security that helped me on the morning of the 08/02/25 at 08h12 without her I would have lost my plane ! Mr GM / management please thank them for the exceptional service they give ! Without them no experience would be possible ! They are superstars !

As I had to stay Dubai in 20 hours for changing, I decided to have a shirt trip in Dubai and take a rest in hotel. Compared to hotels in airports and airport Lounges, the price is super good! In addition to that, staffs are very kind! Every hour we can use shatter bus! If you have long time before taking next flight, even if you don’t want to have trip to Dubai, I recommend you to use this hotel. (Some people say this hotel is so close to the airport that we can reach here 5 minutes on foot. But it is the case in the terminal 1. As I used terminal 3 such comments were confusing. It is difficult to go to the hotel from terminal 3 but you can use the shuttle bus.

The management are superior and offer highest levels of customer service. From Mr Nadeer, Ibrahim to all the staff - thankyou excellent . I dont usually provide reviews - but credit needs to provided when its due. And anyone that speaks to Mr Spandan , would also be delighted a young professional gentleman .. Thanks chief I would also like to to mention Mr Amani, Mr Shivam, Ms Riza, Ms Shara - approach these guys and they will move mountains to provide what you need ... Enjoy and again thanks team, I felt very comfortable with all - superior team Mr Nadeer, keep going... - I am sorry I had to leave to my business event in a urgency. Thanks again .
